Dr. Ramaa Naik Raikar has more than 15 years of experience in the field of ophthalmology with over 15000 eye surgeries and over 100 corneal transplants.
She was a meritorious student securing third position in the state of Goa at ssc and hssc examination. She has won the prestigious Dhirubhai Ambani scholarship for her academic excellence.
She completed her mbbs and Ms in ophthalmology from Goa medical college and has been a gold medalist.
She completed her fellowship in cornea and external eye disease from the famous Lions eye hospital in bangalore under dr. Rekha Gyanchand, a renowned transplant surgeon.
She has worked as a consultant in reputed hospitals like Minto Ophthalmic Hospital, Vasan eye care and Dr. Agarwal’s eye hospital Bangalore.
